Full job descriptionOur client, a leading logistics Company based in Birmingham are looking for a creative, organised, passionate Marketing Assistant to join their successful team, supporting with high-impact marketing across digital, print, and social channels.


The ideal candidate will have social media experience and strong design capabilities with a desire to progress in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in supporting content, brand communications and marketing campaign execution.


Starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience with hybrid working options.


Marketing Assistant duties to include:-


*Write copy for website updates, email campaigns, blogs, press releases and internal communications.
* Ensure consistency with brand tone of voice across all channels.
*Produce marketing materials.
*Produce social media content, to include LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
*Respond to social media comments/posts and monitor engagement.
*Track and report on marketing metrics.
*Create visual assets for digital campaigns, posts, presentations, and print materials.
*Design marketing material to include brochures and flyers.
*Assist in delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
*Support with exhibitions and internal events.
*Update website content.
*Conduct industry and competitor research.




The Marketing Assistant will have:-


*A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field.
*Strong communication skills.
*Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
*Experience managing social media platforms.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Good organisational skills.
*Understanding of SEO (desirable.)
*Knowledge of analytics tools (desirable.)
*A proactive mindset.
*Creative nature.
*The desire to work as part of a team.
*The desire to learn and develop.
*An ability to work to deadlines.
