We are seeking an organised, proactive, and energetic Stock Room Assistant to support daily operations and keep the business running smoothly.


Stock Room Assistant - Role Overview
The Stock Room Assistant will oversee day-to-day operations, manage supplier relationships, place and track orders, support packaging and dispatch, and assist with in-store events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has strong attention to detail.


Stock Management
* Track deliveries, manage backorders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve order issues or discrepancies.
* Prepare and organise product packaging and presentation in line with brand standards.


Customer Service & Sales Support
* Maintain high standards of presentation and service throughout the store.
* Support online order fulfilment, including packaging and dispatch.
* Help prepare event materials, signage, and logistical details.


Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in retail, office administration, or team coordination.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and pride in presentation.
* Comfortable using POS systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace.
* Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment with a proactive, positive attitude.
