Regulatory Change Management, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Regulatory Change, Control Implementation, Change Frameworks, Financial Services, Payments.
A global Payments organisation are currently seeking a Regulatory Change Manager to join them on a contract basis in London. The role is initially until the end of 2026, but would have a view to extend beyond this. The role requires in-depth Regulatory Change experience, ideally within payments.
£600 - £700pd via Umbrella Company or PAYE
Essential Requirements:
*Experience delivery Regulatory Change within Financial Services organisation
Experience creating frameworks for regulatory change to be delivered
*Knowledge and experience of control implementation
*Knowledge and experience of working within Payments would be highly beneficial
*Comfortable working across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology and 1LoD teams.
*Able to balance regulatory defensibility with pragmatic delivery.
*Practical delivery management, including planning, issue resolution and dependency tracking
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
