Full job descriptionAre you a strategic HR leader ready to make a real impact across a dynamic, multi-site region? We’re looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our team and drive forward our people agenda in partnership with senior leadership. This is initially a 12 months FTC, covering the South region. Managing a small HR team, and working from home (with travel 2 days a week), you would be responsible for;
*Employee engagement
*Employee Relations
*Talent & performance management
*Change management and organisational development
*This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence, advise, and challenge senior stakeholders while driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our workforce.


Key Responsibilities
*Lead and develop a small HR team
*Drive engagement and retention initiatives
*Provide expert guidance on complex ER cases
*Lead senior management recruitment across the region
*Support change initiatives including restructures, TUPE, and M&A
*Champion communication and culture across the region
*Travel to sites when needed
*Attend key leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning
What We’re Looking For
*CIPD Level 5 or 7 (preferred)
*Proven HRBP experience, gained in a fast paced multisite environment - ideally healthcare
*Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
*Excellent interpersonal, previous management, coaching, and influencing skills
*Comfortable working remotely
*Passionate about making a difference and driving continuous improvement


Working Environment: This is a remote role. This is a regional role with travel across sites. You’ll manage your own diary
