Key Responsibilities*Lead and develop a team of Regional Managers and Financial Planners
*Drive regional performance, ensuring strong revenue growth and client outcomes
*Identify and execute business growth opportunities, including:
*Adviser recruitment
*Practice acquisitions
*Strategic partnerships and joint ventures
*Maintain a consistent focus on client experience and quality of advice
About You*Proven experience in a senior leadership role within financial planning / IFA
*Track record of leading high-performing teams
*Strong commercial awareness and experience driving business growth initiatives
*Passion for delivering excellent client outcomes
*Ability to operate effectively at a strategic and operational level
