We’re partnering with a highly regarded and growing accountancy practice in Leamington Spa that is looking to appoint a Client Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or part-qualified accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing junior team members, and working with a varied portfolio of businesses.
The RoleYou’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of limited company clients across a range of sectors, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering a high standard of compliance and advisory support.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing your own portfolio of clients
*Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
*Corporation tax compliance
*Producing management accounts and financial reporting
*Reviewing the work of junior team members and supporting their development
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Working with cloud-based accounting software including Xero and QuickBooks
About YouWe’re keen to hear from candidates who:
*Are ACA or ACCA newly qualified, or nearing qualification
*Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within an accountancy practice environment
*Possess strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
*Are confident managing client relationships independently
*Have experience using cloud accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks
*Enjoy mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
What’s on Offer?*Competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
