Full job descriptionLead Generation & Outbound Sales Administrator (Temporary Role)We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Outbound Sales Administrator to support our sales team in generating new business opportunities.
This is a temporary position for approximately 2.5 months, with the potential to be extended.
Key Responsibilities*Proactively generate new leads through outbound sales activity (calls, emails, prospecting)
*Support the sales team with pipeline building and appointment setting
*Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
*Work towards and consistently achieve agreed KPIs and activity targets
*Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
*Provide general administrative support to the sales function
Requirements*Proven experience in lead generation and outbound sales
*Experience working to KPIs and targets in a sales environment
*Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using CRM systems
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
Working Pattern*Hybrid working: 4 days from home, 1 day in the office
*Standard hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
*One day per week (remote): 11:00am - 7:00pm
Contract Details*Temporary role: 2.5 months (with potential extension)
*Pay rate: £13.50 per hour
