Responsibilities
As a Trainee Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for...
*Processing purchase ledger transactions and managing the supplier accounts through Sage
*Processing supply chain invoices and resolving any queries
*Maintain finance records whilst liaising with operational departments
*Perform reconciliations of supplier statements
*Support month-end processes
*Inbox management and any other administrative tasks
Requirements
As a Trainee Finance Assistant, you will need...
*5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade B or above
*Previous experience with Excel and Sage would be advantageous but not necessary
*Strong numerical ability
*Motivated, proactive and driven
