Business Development Manager - Leadership & Leadership Development Programmes
*Hybrid/Remote (UK Wide)
*£50,000 Basic Salary

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to help scale their award-winning leadership programmes across the UK and international markets.

The Role
*Generate and develop new business opportunities across HR, Talent, Learning & Development, and Leadership functions
*Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through proactive outbound sales activity
*Engage and influence senior decision-makers including HR Directors, Heads of Talent and Learning Leaders
*Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close
*Deliver engaging virtual programme overviews and commercial discussions
*Consistently exceed revenue and activity targets
About You
*Proven success in a Business Development, New Business or Sales role
*Strong outbound sales and pipeline generation experience
*Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
*Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
*Experience within Leadership Development, Learning & Development, HR Technology, SaaS or professional services would be advantageous
