Company Overview:

We have taken on a fantastic new role working at an independent global asset management company. The principal travels regularly and is looking for someone who can speak Italian fluently in order to coordinate effectively. They are seeking someone who is confident and highly discreet to join their team. The Deputy CEO already has a PA in London but this role will support with more specific BD-related tasks. With a varied list of duties, this is a great role for someone who enjoys diversity and the ability to get involved in a range of exciting tasks. This position offers the opportunity for progression into a more client-facing role over the next few years, making it a brilliant route for an ambitious candidate looking to transition to a similar position. They are a fantastic team who really value hard-work and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Deputy CEO with action tracking, following up on agreed deliverables, briefing notes, meeting materials etc for business development purpose
• Liaising with internal stakeholders across different departments in both the Milan and London offices, as well as the relationship with the Board
• Preparing internal reports and presentations
• Supporting with timely execution of ad-hoc projects and initiatives driven by the Deputy CEO

Skills & Experience:

• Perfect fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken) with a good knowledge of both working culture
• Strong academic background – ideally a bachelors degree in business, economics, management or a related discipline
• Result driven, problem-solving and entrepreneurial attitude
• Able to multitask and perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines - highly organised and detail oriented
• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information and senior stakeholders
