Description
The successful candidate will support fee earners on a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, ensuring matters progress smoothly from instruction to completion and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
*Assisting with all aspects of residential property transactions
*Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
*Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents
*Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
*Supporting the team to meet deadlines and maintain high service levels
This role offers excellent exposure to high-quality work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience within residential property or conveyancing and a solid understanding of the sale and purchase process.
You will demonstrate:
*Experience with protocol forms and conveyancing procedures
*Strong knowledge of AML and compliance requirements
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
