The Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll lead by example and help ensure the store delivers an outstanding customer experience every day.
This is a part-time role, working 22.5 hours per week. The successful candidate needs to be flexible across Monday to Saturday, with the store closed on Sundays.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain and elevate customer service standards within the store.
*Ensure company and brand standards are consistently met, following all health and safety guidelines.
*Achieve store and company KPIs.
*Support the day-to-day running of the store.
*Help create a positive, professional and customer-focused environment.
About You
*Enthusiastic and energetic, with a passion for delivering great service.
*Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, leisure or another service-focused environment.
*Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to drive productivity during quieter trading periods.
*Comfortable taking responsibility and supporting the wider team.
