As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll oversee a dedicated team of warehouse operatives for our client in a fast-paced environment. You’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly, targets are met, and team members are motivated.
Key Duties:
*Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts.
*Coordinate daily warehouse operations.
*Monitor team performance and productivity, providing coaching and feedback.
*Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
*Maintain accurate stock control and assist with inventory management.
*Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
*Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment in a supervisory role.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
