This growing integrated agency is looking for a Media Planner with strong digital media experience to join their collaborative and ambitious team.


Working across a mix of higher education, public sector and commercial clients, you’ll help shape smart, insight-led campaigns across paid social, paid search, display, video, audio, out-of-home and broadcast channels.


This would suit someone coming from an agency or in-house media background who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on side of media planning. Someone who loves understanding audiences, spotting opportunities, improving performance and helping campaigns deliver real results.


You’ll work closely with clients, internal creative and content teams, plus media owners and platform partners to deliver integrated campaigns that balance brand awareness with performance objectives.


The Media Planner will:


- Build integrated media plans across digital and offline channels
- Use audience insight, campaign data and market trends to shape recommendations
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Support testing strategies across platforms, formats and audience segments
- Negotiate media placements and maximise value for clients
- Present campaign plans and performance updates to clients
- Collaborate with creative, content and data teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated
- Keep up to date with emerging media trends, channels and platform developments


This Media Planner will have:


- Experience in media planning, media buying or digital paid media
- Strong understanding of paid social and paid search
- Experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Confidence presenting ideas and recommendations to clients
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of media buying principles
- Experience within higher education or student recruitment campaigns would be advantageous
- Exposure to offline channels, GA4 or Looker Studio would be a bonus
