Job Description:
Full job descriptionA Temporary Finance Officer is being recruited for a large business in Southampton. 6 month period to start 10th June. Hybrid working and on site parking is offered.
The role would have responsibility for:
*processing of a high volume of financial transactions
*investigating discrepancies
*maintaining and developing financial processes and controls to mitigate fraud
*supporting change initiatives
*lead or take part in financial projects as required
*providing support to the monthly, quarterly and year end reporting cycles.
You will need to have a strong finance background with knowledge of financial controls, audit processes and statutory requirements, good communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
