We’re looking for motivated Telemarketers to join a friendly, energetic team on a 12-week temporary assignment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for high-performers. The role
As a Telemarketer, you’ll play a key role in delivering successful outbound campaigns by engaging with businesses, identifying opportunities, and generating high-quality leads. You’ll be speaking with decision-makers, understanding their needs, and helping to create valuable opportunities for clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Conducting outbound calls to engage prospective customers
*Speaking with key decision-makers to identify needs and qualify opportunities
*Building strong relationships and creating positive brand awareness
*Working toward campaign objectives and performance targets
*Accurately recording all customer interactions on the CRM system
*Providing regular campaign updates and feedback to the Team Leader
*Carrying out market research to strengthen campaign effectiveness
*Working closely with colleagues to share insights and improve results
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is confident, resilient, and motivated by achieving results. You’ll ideally have:
*Previous outbound calling, telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, or customer engagement experience
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A confident and professional telephone manner
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
*A target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving KPIs
*A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
