We’re seeking a motivated and results-focused Lettings Branch Manager to lead our successful branch in Taunton. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone ready to drive performance, grow the portfolio, and deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to drive KPI achievement.
*Coach and mentor team members, fostering a productive and enjoyable working environment.
*Focus on generating new and repeat business through strong local relationships.
*Negotiate offers and agree on new tenancies, ensuring a smooth process for tenants and landlords.
*Maintain high compliance standards and manage risk effectively within the branch.
*Develop and action business plans to outperform local competitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
*Proven ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and build trusting relationships.
*Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
*Excellent time management skills to handle high volume and time-sensitive workloads.
*Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
*Proficient in basic Microsoft Packages with strong IT skills.
