I C Talent is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Long Sutton from September.
This is a full-time position with the opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
The Role:
*Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across the relevant key stages.
*Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
*Create a positive learning environment that supports student achievement and progress.
*Encourage a love of literature, language, and learning among students.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to ensure the best outcomes for students.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.
*Strong classroom management skills.
*A passion for English and helping students achieve their full potential.
*An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
