Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re looking for a hands-on Technical Operations Associate to join a growing manufacturing team. This role goes beyond standard operations, you’ll be involved in process improvement, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
Technical Operations Associate responsibilities include:
*Operate processes across assembly, kitting, and packaging
*Follow SOPs and support process improvements
*Identify and troubleshoot process issues
*Assist with root cause analysis and equipment operation
*Maintain accurate manufacturing records
Experience required:
*Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or similar
*Experience in manufacturing, lab, or technical environments
*ISO13485 / ISO9001 exposure
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced team
