Salary: £25,000 Basic | OTE £52,000+ (Uncapped) + Company Car
Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a well-established dealership in Chester to recruit an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused team, specialising in both new and used car sales within a modern dealership environment.
The RoleAs a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
*Selling both new and used vehicles
*Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
*Building long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
*Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
*Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale
You’ll be joining a professional and supportive sales team focused on performance, customer satisfaction, and continued success.
What’s on Offer*Basic salary of £25,000
*Uncapped OTE of £52,000+
*Earnings based on both volume and profit per vehicle
*Company car
*Supportive team environment
*Excellent opportunity for career progression
Working Hours*Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
*Every other Saturday off
*Every Sunday off
*Plus a day off during the week, every week
About You*Proven experience in car sales (main dealership experience preferred)
*Strong track record of achieving targets
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Highly motivated, professional, and driven to succeed
