The Role
Monday to Friday – 9am to 4pm
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support students with their learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
*Work 1:1 and in small groups, both in and outside the classroom
*Help deliver engaging, personalised learning activities
*Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction
*Assist teachers with planning, resources, and student progress records
*Build strong, respectful relationships with students
*Support pupils in developing skills for independence and future success
What We’re Looking For
*Experience working with young people (school, care, youth work, or volunteer background)
*GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
*A genuine passion for working with students with additional needs
*A positive, resilient, and proactive attitude
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A commitment to personal and professional development
