Are you a passionate Primary Teacher with a strength in Literacy and Numeracy? Do you want to make a real difference in secondary education by supporting students who need an extra boost to succeed?
We are currently seeking dedicated teachers to work within Secondary schools, supporting students who are not yet Secondary-ready in English and Maths. This is a rewarding opportunity to help young people build the core skills and confidence they need to access the wider curriculum and thrive in their education.
The Role:
*Deliver engaging Literacy and Numeracy interventions to small groups of students
*Support pupils working below expected levels to close attainment gaps
*Build strong foundations in reading, writing, and mathematical understanding
*Help students reach the required levels to progress successfully through Secondary school
*Work collaboratively with school staff to track progress and tailor support
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS or equivalent)
*Strong experience in teaching English and Maths
*A nurturing, adaptable approach to learning
*Confidence in working with small groups and differentiated learning needs
*A genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to education
Working Pattern:
*Flexible opportunities available — full-time and part-time roles
*Ideal for teachers seeking a varied and impactful role
