We’re working with a well-established independent residential property management company near East Finchley who are looking to appoint an Assistant Property Manager to support their experienced Property Management team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, close-knit business where you’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, gain exposure to a varied portfolio and become an integral part of the team.

The Role:
Supporting a team of Property Managers, your responsibilities will include:
*Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
*Managing resident enquiries
*Supporting service charge administration
*Liaising with utility providers and suppliers
*Assisting with health and safety compliance
*Obtaining quotations and contractor estimates
*Supporting major works and project administration
*Handling day-to-day block management tasks
This role is suited to someone who can hit the ground running, take initiative and work confidently with minimal supervision.
About You...
To be considered, you’ll ideally have:
*Residential block/property management experience
*Previous experience in an Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager role
*A good understanding of service charge budgets
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*A proactive and professional approach
ATPI qualifications and Qube experience would be advantageous but are not essential!
