Working closely with production, engineering, procurement, and customer-facing teams, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling and operational excellence.

Job Description
*Develop and manage production schedules to ensure customer demand and operational targets are met
*Monitor inventory levels and material availability, working closely with procurement to minimise shortages and delays
*Analyse forecasts, customer orders, and capacity requirements to optimise production planning
*Track production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
*Act as a key liaison between production, supply chain, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure clear communication and on-time delivery

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations within an engineering or manufacturing environment
*Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, and production planning processes
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret operational data
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with a continuous improvement mindset
