Job Description:
Full job descriptionThe ideal candidate will bring:
*Extensive experience in housing management
*A proven ability to lead large operational teams
*Strong expertise in ASB casework and neighbourhood management
*The capacity to stabilise services quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment


Role Requirements
*Candidates must live within commutable distance of Coventry.
*They must be able to commit to up to 2/3 days per week in the office.
*This is a senior operational role overseeing a large, high-demand housing management service.


Team Leadership Responsibilities
The postholder will manage services covering approximately 16,000 properties, with direct responsibility for:
*Neighbourhood Team Leaders (5)
*Neighbourhood Officers (31.5 FTE)
*Safer Neighbourhood Officers (5)
*Neighbourhood Assistants (4)


The role requires strong leadership, performance management, and the ability to drive service standards across multiple teams.
Core Focus of the Role
The primary focus is on tenancy and neighbourhood management, specifically:
*Anti-social behaviour management
*Neighbourhood inspections
*Estate management
*Service improvement and compliance


Lettings, income management, tenancy sustainment, and community engagement are delivered by other teams, so these areas are not core responsibilities for this post.
