Role Overview

* Ensure welfare systems and documentation remain fully up to date
* Provide first aid support when required
Person Specification
*Previous experience in a Welfare Officer, Pastoral, or Student Support role
* Strong understanding of student welfare procedures within schools
* Excellent IT knowledge and confidence using school management systems
* Valid First Aid certificate essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Professional, calm, and approachable manner
