Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Lettings and Sales Negotiator with a passion for property and a talent for building relationships? Join a well-established, family-run estate agency in Tooting, with 33 years of success in the property market. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to take the reins and drive lettings performance in our friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct property valuations and win new business opportunities.
*Handle the lettings process from start to finish, including viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
*Manage incoming enquiries and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants.
*Provide clear, honest, and transparent communication to ensure a smooth lettings process.
*Oversee a portfolio of 300 managed properties, with half owned by the business owner - making your job easier.
*Stay organised and manage your workload independently, as the only Lettings Negotiator in the team.
What They Offer:
*Competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000 with the potential to earn £50K+ in OTE.
*Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-4pm (with a day off in lieu).
*Use of pool cars.
*Autonomy over deals and valuations - all the commissions are yours.

Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience in lettings, with proven valuation skills.
*Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own workload.

*Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
*Knowledge of the Tooting area would be an advantage.
