About the Role
We are a well-established technical training provider specialising in apprenticeship and skills development programmes. We are seeking a friendly and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Ellesmere Port for the summer period. This is a key front-of-house role, providing a professional and welcoming first point of contact for visitors, learners, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
*Greeting visitors, learners, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
*Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
*Handling general enquiries via phone, email, and in person
*Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area at all times
*Signing visitors in and out in line with site procedures
*Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
*Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
*Supporting the wider team with ad hoc office duties as required
Skills & Experience
*Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
*Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
*Professional appearance and positive attitude
