What will the Financial Controller role involve?
*Leading the financial operations, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and accurate reporting
*Developing and maintaining financial systems, policies, and processes to support efficiency and compliance
*Providing strategic financial insights to inform business decisions and drive performance
*Managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes for sustained growth
*Overseeing internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards
The ideal candidate for this vacancy will have:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant experience in financial management
*Demonstrable expertise in financial reporting, controls, and team leadership
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
*Knowledge of professional services or similar sectors is desirable
*Proven capability in leading process improvements and system implementations
