About the Role
As part of our Front of House team, you’ll help create memorable experiences for every guest who visits Black Sheep Brewery. From welcoming visitors and serving great food and drink to sharing your knowledge of our beers and Yorkshire heritage, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do.
No two days are the same, and you’ll play an important role in ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
We Hire Personality

Responsibilities
*Delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service
*Taking food and drink orders and serving guests
*Preparing and serving drinks, including our award-winning beers
*Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the bar, restaurant, and visitor centre
*Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
*Processing payments and operating tills
*Helping with brewery events, functions, and seasonal activities
*Representing the Black Sheep brand with pride and personality
About You
*Friendly, positive, and confident with customers
*A team player with a strong work ethic
*Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
*Reliable, punctual, and flexible
*Happy to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
*Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
*A passion for great customer service and creating memorable experiences
