Full job descriptionOur client, a reputable estate agency company based in Newcastle upon Tyne, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Negotiator, your role would involve:
*Manage and develop client relationships to facilitate successful property negotiations.
*Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective buyers and sellers.
*Negotiate offers and terms between clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing deals efficiently.
*Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence within the company CRM system.
*Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
*Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activity to support effective sales strategies.
*Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are met throughout their property journey.
Sales Negotiator requirements:
*Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator
*Hold a full UK driving license
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to negotiate effectively.
*An understanding of the property market in Newcastle and the surrounding areas would be advantageous
*Proactive approach to work and a keen eye for detail.

*£24,000 - £25,000 basic salary
*£30,000+ OTE
