Are you a qualified Family Solicitor looking to develop your career within a supportive and progressive firm? We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated solicitor who is keen to build upon their experience and progress within a thriving Family Law department.
The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of family matters, providing clients with practical and compassionate legal advice during what can often be challenging circumstances.
The caseload will include:
*Divorce and separation
*Financial remedy matters
*Private children proceedings
*Child arrangements and parental responsibility issues
*Domestic abuse matters
*Legal aid family work
*General family law matters
You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced family practitioners, gaining exposure to a broad range of cases while continuing to develop your technical knowledge and advocacy skills.
About You*Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law
*Experience handling your own caseload of family matters
*Knowledge of legal aid processes and procedures is advantageous
*Strong client care and communication skills
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
*Keen to develop professionally and progress your career
