Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are looking for TEAM LEADERS to join a detail orientated packing team on a PERMANENT basis.
Working within the LUXURY BRANDS market, you will be: Leading a team of between 5 - 25 staff depending on demand / product. Training new members to a high standard by encouraging and leading by example.
Dealing with issues and errors when needed. Escalating problems to the relevant person. Checking, packaging high end fashion garments, luxury eyewear, makeup and hampers.
Ensuring paperwork matches to the physical goods Printing and applying labels Palletising goods ready for collection and dispatch Following internal processes and maintaining an organised work space. In order to join the team ideally you need to be someone who: Has some relevant experience in running lines or teams before.
Be a strong team player - be happy to muck in and work with the team. Be patient and understanding when training new team members. Keep a level head when busy or under pressure. Excellent attention to detail - accuracy and quality is very important! Reliable, dependable and proactive.
Working hours Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm
Free parking on site Walking distance within minutes from closest Train Station This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work within a non fruit environment as a Team Leader. If you have previous experience or are looking to take a step up from your current Production role then this could be just what you are looking for!
