This role would suit someone who thrives on winning business, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Our client is open to considering strong sales professionals with a proven track record in face-to-face sales who are looking to transition into the estate agency industry.
Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator role:
*Generating valuation leads
*Attending appointments
*Converting opportunities into new instructions
*Involved in property viewings and negotiating offers
*Supporting clients through the sales process, ensuring each transaction progresses smoothly and efficiently
To be considered for the Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator role:
*Proven track record in a face-to-face sales environment
*Strong understanding of the local area
*Highly driven and motivated
*Well-presented with a confident, professional manner
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
As a Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
*Basic salary up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
*OTE of £35,000
*Strong commission structure
*5-day working week
