Full job description My client are a growing Alternative Investment Management firm with their London office being based in Mayfair
Description
*Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
*Provide guidance and support to teams regarding compliance matters.
*Conduct regular reviews and audits of compliance processes and controls.
*Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
*Identify and assess compliance risks, implementing measures to mitigate them.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance-related issues.
*Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organisation.
*Maintain accurate records and documentation for all compliance activities.
Profile
A successful Compliance Officer 12 month FTC - Alternative Investments should have:
*A strong understanding of risk and compliance within the financial services industry.
*Proven experience in regulatory compliance and policy implementation.
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Proficiency in relevant software and compliance tools.
*A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
