Key Responsibilities
*Manage the financial aspects of a portfolio of project-based work, from initial quotation through to completion
*Monitor costs, track expenditure, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple workstreams
*Record and allocate resources, materials, and time to support billing and reconciliation processes
*Identify opportunities to enhance commercial outcomes as project scopes evolve
*Support cash flow through effective tracking of payments and financial activity
*Present financial information clearly to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and confidence in reported figures
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
*Background in finance, commercial analysis, or project-based accounting
*Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced spreadsheet capability
*Ability to take ownership of complex financial processes and interpret data effectively
*Confidence communicating financial information to both internal and external stakeholders
*Professional, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail
Desirable:
*Experience in project-based or operational environments
*Familiarity with cost tracking, valuations, or financial reporting within multi-stage workstreams
*Understanding of structured commercial relationships
