A welcoming and supportive Primary SEN School in Bolton is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The Role:*Supporting children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
*Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development
*Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and social skills
*Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:*Have experience working with children or young people with SEN
*Be patient, caring, and resilient
*Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Be passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential
*Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience (desirable but not essential)
