Your Role in the KS2 Classroom*Deliver High-Quality Lessons: Confidently step into Years 3, 4, 5, or 6 classrooms to deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across the full spectrum of the national curriculum.

*Promote Independent Learning: Encourage critical thinking, resilience, and academic confidence in older primary pupils.

*Strong Behaviour Management: Establish clear boundaries and a respectful classroom dynamic quickly, using positive reinforcement strategies.

*Collaborate Effectively: Work alongside supportive teaching assistants and hand over detailed, concise notes at the end of the day for the returning class teacher.

What You Will Need*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

*Proven experience teaching within a UK Key Stage 2 environment.

*Strong subject knowledge across core upper-primary subjects.

*An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for a new one through Randstad).

*The right to work in the UK.
