Full job descriptionConfidential & Exclusive - General ManagerWe are exclusively supporting a well-established, growing professional services organisation in appointing a General Manager at a key stage of their development.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving business performance, executing strategy, and aligning multiple departments to deliver consistent, measurable results.
The Role*Lead day-to-day operational and commercial performance
*Translate strategic goals into clear delivery plans
*Drive efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement
*Oversee cross-functional teams including Operations, Commercial, and IT
*Lead transformation and digital initiatives across the business
*Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management
About You:*Proven experience in a senior leadership / GM role
*Strong track record of improving performance and delivering growth
*Experience leading change or transformation programmes
*Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
*Experience in regulated or professional services environments advantageous
Main Responsibilities to include:*Senior leadership role with real influence
*Growing, well-established organisation
*Modern Liverpool city centre offices
*Excellent package including bonus, car allowance, pension & healthcare
Package & Benefits:
*Base salary: £85,000
*Performance bonus: Up to 20%, linked to agreed KPIs
*Car allowance Pension:
*5% employer contribution
*Hours: Full time - Fully office based
*Pension: Company pension scheme
*Healthcare: Private healthcare
*Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday Location:
*Modern Liverpool City Centre office
