The Role
As a Property Management Administrator, you will:
*Manage enquiries from clients, tenants, and contractors, providing professional and efficient support
*Coordinate property inspections, maintenance works, and contractor appointments
*Maintain accurate property records, lease information, and compliance documentation
*Assist with service charge administration, budgets, and expenditure reporting
*Manage insurance renewals, utility contracts, and related property administration
*Support Health & Safety compliance and AML requirements across the portfolio
*Provide general administrative support to the wider commercial property management team
Property Management Administrator Requirements:
*Previous administration experience (property sector experience advantageous but not essential)
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
*Professional and confident telephone manner
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
*Positive, proactive, and team-focused approach
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
