Education Recruitment Consultant / Senior Education Recruiter / Team Leader
Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing education recruitment agencies. We are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant ready to step up into a Team Leader role within our London office.

What You’ll Do (Team Leader - Education Recruitment)
*Lead, support and develop a team of education recruitment consultants
*Run your own billing desk covering long-term and short-term school recruitment
*Drive performance across the branch and team
*Build strong relationships with schools across the region
*Recruit, interview and manage a pool of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff
*Coach and mentor junior consultants to improve activity and results
*Maintain high standards of service for clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For (Team Leader - Education Recruitment)
*Minimum 2 years’ education recruitment experience
*Proven biller who is ready for their next step (Senior Consultant Team Leader)
*Strong business development and relationship-building skills
*Motivated, resilient and target-driven
*Confident using CRM systems and recruitment technology
*Someone who enjoys leading by example and developing others
