Experienced in residential block / leasehold property management?
We’re recruiting for a Senior Property Manager to join a well-established and highly respected property management firm, overseeing a diverse portfolio across East Anglia.
This is a senior-level opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise in block management, building safety, and compliance, looking to make a real impact within a growing business.
The Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will:
*Lead compliance and performance across your portfolio
*Manage building safety requirements, FRA actions, EWS1s, and remediation projects
*Oversee major works programmes (Section 20 consultations)
*Handle complex leasehold matters, disputes, and escalations
*Manage service charge budgets and financial controls
*Build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders
*Support and mentor junior property managers
*Identify and contribute to new business opportunities
Senior Property Manager requirements:
*Proven residential block / leasehold property management experience
*Strong understanding of leases, landlord & tenant legislation
*Experience managing building safety and remediation projects, including cladding-related works
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Organised, commercially minded, and solution-focused
*Experience using Qube (desirable, not essential)
*Full UK driving licence
