Commercial Property Lawyer Role – Key Responsibilities
Manage a Diverse Commercial Property Caseload
*Development projects and land transactions
*Acquisitions and disposals
*Investment and portfolio transactions
*Commercial leases and asset management


Client Work & Relationship Development
*Advise a broad client base including developers, investors, housebuilders, social housing providers and energy companies
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Work closely with an experienced and well-regarded real estate team
Commercial Property Solicitor Requirements – Taunton Role
Experienced Commercial Property Lawyer (3+ PQE)
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales)
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property Law
*Experience gained within a regional, national, or boutique law firm
*Strong technical knowledge of real estate transactions
*Excellent communication and client management skills
