Full job descriptionAre you a proactive and detail-oriented administrator with experience in timesheet processing and invoicing?
Due to recent expansion, our client is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team as soon as possible on a part-time temporary basis (16–24 hours per week for 1-2 months). This is an excellent opportunity to support a rapidly expanding business and play a key role in the administration of their growing contractor workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
*Receiving and processing contractor timesheets on a weekly and monthly basis
*Reconciling timesheets and resolving any discrepancies or queries
*Raising, reviewing and issuing invoices accurately and efficiently
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
About You:
*Previous experience in timesheet administration, invoicing, finance administration, or a similar role
*Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy
*Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
*Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
*Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload
