Full job descriptionWe are currently supporting the recruitment of a Pharmaceutical Process Expert for an 18 month fixed term contract with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation.
About the Role
*Provide day to day technical support to manufacturing operations.
*Lead and support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
*Review manufacturing documentation and batch records to support product release.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and efficiency.
*Conduct risk assessments and support GMP compliance activities.
*Analyse manufacturing data and identify improvement opportunities.
*Support cross functional projects and operational excellence initiatives.
*Develop and update SOPs, batch records, and other GMP documentation.
*Coach and support manufacturing teams on processes, investigations, and best practices.
*Act as a technical subject matter expert during audits and inspections.
Required Experience
*GMP manufacturing, production, or quality experience.
*Experience with investigations, CAPAs, deviations, and change controls.
*Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
*Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to work effectively within cross functional teams.
Preferred Experience
*Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
*Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence exposure.
*Audit and inspection experience.
*Experience with SAP, Veeva, or similar systems.
