An established and successful recruitment business is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a busy branch operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, sales-focused individual to take over an existing desk, develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships within a fast-paced environment.
The role involves managing the full recruitment process, from business development and client meetings through to candidate sourcing, placement and ongoing account management.
Key responsibilities include:
*Developing and growing relationships with new and existing clients
*Conducting proactive business development activity
*Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
*Attending client meetings and identifying recruitment opportunities
*Delivering a high standard of service to clients and candidates
*Ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment processes and procedures
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience within temporary recruitment
*A strong track record in sales and business development
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*The ability to work in a target-driven environment
*A full UK driving licence
