Are you an Early Career Teacher looking to build confidence in the classroom before securing your ideal role for September 2026?
Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting passionate and enthusiastic Primary ECTs to join our ECT Pool, working across Bolton, Bury, and surrounding Greater Manchester boroughs.
We offer flexible daily supply opportunities within supportive primary schools, giving you the chance to:
* Gain valuable classroom experience
* Build confidence across different year groups
* Develop behaviour management skills
* Explore a variety of school settings before committing to a long-term role
We are also recruiting for long-term and permanent September 2026 positions across primary schools in:
* Salford
* Rochdale
* Oldham
* Manchester
* Trafford
* Tameside
Whether you are completing your teacher training this year or recently qualified, Tradewind can support you every step of the way.
