Are you an organised and proactive logistics whiz? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love coordinating exciting projects? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is on the lookout for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support their upcoming photoshoot campaigns. This is a temporary position that starts ASAP and lasts for 6 weeks, with a competitive hourly rate of £16.50 - £18.50.
Key Details:
*Start Date: ASAP
*End Date/Duration: 6 weeks
*Salary/Hourly Rate: £16.50 - £18.50 per hour
*Hours: Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30 min unpaid break)
*Location: Liverpool Street (Office-based)


What You’ll Do:
* Coordinate Logistics: Manage logistics for June and July photoshoot campaigns, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Arrange Transport: Organize timely transport solutions, including "man with a van" services for props and equipment.
* Liaise: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align on logistics and timelines.
* Manage Collections: Oversee the collection of props from London and their shipment to the Cornwall shoot location.
* Support Photoshoots: Assist in end-to-end operations at the Cornwall site, including pre- and on-site coordination.
* Central Contact Point: Be the go-to person for day-to-day logistics and operational queries.
* Provide Admin Support: Assist the wider operations team with administrative and coordination tasks.
* Cover for Absences: Step in for team members on long-term absence to ensure workflow continuity.
* Adapt to Change: Proactively manage last-minute requests and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Plan Additional Events: Support logistics for upcoming events, including a festival on 21st June.
