The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
*Manage your own portfolio of clients, candidates, and vacancies within a dedicated sector
*Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
*Source and headhunt high-quality candidates for live vacancies
*Conduct interviews, manage feedback, and coordinate the hiring process
*Develop new business opportunities through client engagement and sales activity
*Negotiate offers, fees, and placement terms
*Understand client requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
*Work towards and exceed KPIs and performance targets
Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
*Experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role
*Ambitious, motivated, and driven to succeed
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Proactive, resilient, and target-driven approach
