Are you an experienced Lettings Manager looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? We are seeking a bright, dynamic, and professional individual to join our team in Exeter and take the lead in driving business growth and managing a successful lettings operation. As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the lettings department, leading a team of four, and playing a key role in winning new business and expanding our clients portfolio.


Key Responsibilities
*Managing and developing a team of 4 lettings and property management staff
*Driving new business generation and increasing market share
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Overseeing property listings, viewings, and negotiations
*Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
*Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
About You
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings
*Proven track record in winning new business
*Previous team management or supervisory experience
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Highly organised, proactive, and professional approach
*Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Working Hours
*Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
*Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
